- I attest that all of the information provided is true and accurate.
- I confirm that I am the lawful owner and have the right to share any and all of the supporting materials I submit at https://greenerlifecertified.com/lifetime-members/submit/
- I confirm that I am not violating any copyrights with the materials I upload.
- I agree to on-site inspections to attest to veracity of information that I submit to secure Greener Life Certified status.
- I understand that in order for my Greener Life Certified status to remain active, I may be asked to update submit additional information. Failure to do this may result in the removal of my certification status from all Essential Depot sites.
